Elena Brondolo, MPH, MBA, EdD, is Director of Health and Life Sciences Venture Creation at the Roux Institute at Northeastern University, where she leads health & life sciences startup acceleration and ecosystem development in Maine. With over a decade of experience spanning health systems, academic medicine, and entrepreneurship education, Elena brings a people-first approach to building innovation ecosystems. Her doctoral research explored strategies for catalyzing healthcare innovation, and she has guided early-stage founders from idea to market across health tech and life sciences.
